Welcome

 Katie is a veteran homeschool mom of 17 years turned kingdom school administrator.  She is the Academic Administrator of LivingStone Creative Arts Academy. Katie is passionate about seeing children and families encounter the Source of all knowledge. (Daniel 2:20) Together with Hannah Casale, they partner to create world changers through the collision of Kingdom, Creativity, and Education. 

Hannah is the Creative Administrator of LivingStone Creative Arts Academy.  She believes that being creative like our Creator is an essential part of Kingdom. Her goal is to help people unlock the fullness of their God-given creativity, whether it is traditional Creative Arts or non-traditional (inventors, engineers, etc...). Together with Katie Patterson, they partner to create world changers through the collision of Kingdom, Creativity, and Education.

Joyce has 30+years of teaching children to read.  She enjoys watching them become independent readers.  She loves being a part of helping the children to become independent learners as they grow in their relationships with the Lord. She also loves having worship every morning to start the day.

Mr. Terry has been an educator for 45 years.  Thirty of those years were spent as a band director in Ohio.  After "retiring" he spent time as a tutor/teacher's aide in a Montessori school and as a math instructor at LivingStone Academy.  Mr. Terry enjoys "staying young" by working with the youth at the Academy.  He is honored to be able to serve the Lord in the setting of this Christian school.

Coming from the perspective of a former homeschooling mom, Stephanie is passionate about meeting children's educational needs on an individual level. She loves the one-on-one attention that the teachers are encouraged to provide each child who is part of the LivingStone family. Stephanie is an elementary math teacher and also focuses on STEM and creative engineering electives. Watching each child's confidence grow while discovering their God-given gifts is one of her greatest joys.

Gavin works teaching elementary Math, English, and Phonics. He also works with the primary students in Science and other fun activities. The family-like atmosphere and watching the older kids disciplie the younger kids is one of his favorite parts of working at LSCAA. Gavin has worked at Livingstone since 2022. He trained professionally at the Huntsville Ballet Company for 5 years which grew his appreciation for the arts. Gavin also has played piano and studied music theory his whole life which led to him composing and releasing music. 

Miranda works faithfully with the primary students using montessori techniques. She has worked here for over three years. She loves getting to see all the kids hardwork throughout the year pay off in the showcase. 

Leigha, a former gradute of the school, believes in the vision of the academy. She loves teaching History and Elementary Litature with a passion for helping students discover their own creativity. Exploring the past or bringing storys to life, she loves watching students realize how imaginative they are. Creative writing is one of her favorite outlets to watch God work through.

 Ms. Isabella is so thrilled to be a part of Livingstone as the new dance teacher.
    She was a full time dancer for nearly 15 years, being trained in ballet, lyrical, jazz, and contemporary at Glory & Grace Dance Studio. She also was an instructor for 4 years. It is one of her greatest passions to express worship for our King through the art form of dance. Technical skills are nothing if there is no purpose behind them! Her goal is to help these students find a passion for Jesus through movement and expression, and to provide an atmosphere of learning and enjoyment.
